For the Portugal 2025 Tour with Project 77, a parent registration includes accommodations, daily breakfast and dinner, local transport, and participation in all scheduled cultural activities from July 26 to August 3, 2025. This package allows parents to experience Portugal alongside their player while enjoying the same conveniences and immersive cultural experiences. Detailed payment schedules and options will be provided upon registration.
Portugal Tour '25 - Parent
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to provide a fair refund process while covering costs associated with organizing the tour. Please review our refund policy carefully:
1. Deposit and Payment Refunds
- Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial deposit of $500 is non-refundable and secures your spot on the tour.
- Remaining Payments: Refund eligibility for additional payments is determined by the cancellation timeline below.
2. Cancellation Timeline
Refunds for cancellations are based on the date the written request is received:
- 120+ Days Before Departure: Full refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 60-119 Days Before Departure: 50% of payments made are refundable.
- 30-59 Days Before Departure: 25% of payments made are refundable.
- Less than 30 Days Before Departure: No refunds will be issued.
3. Injury or Emergency Cancellations
- Eligibility: Refunds due to injury or emergencies may be considered if a written request is submitted with supporting documentation, such as a doctor’s note or official proof of the event.
- Refund Amount: Subject to review, eligible refunds will deduct non-refundable expenses and administrative fees.
4. Travel Insurance
The organization will provide comprehensive travel insurance for all participants.
5. Substitution Policy
Participants unable to attend may transfer their spot to another player, subject to organizer approval. The participant is responsible for arranging the substitution and covering any associated administrative fees.
6. Administrative Fees
All refunds will incur a processing fee:
- $50 for requests submitted 120+ days before departure.
- $100 for requests submitted within 60-119 days before departure.
7. No-Show or Opt-Out
No refunds will be issued for participants who:
- Fail to attend the tour.
- Opt-out after registration for personal reasons.
