PRE-ACADEMY LEAGUE

We’re excited to unveil the Sporting Club Baltimore Pre-Academy Soccer League, a vibrant new program designed to inspire and develop young athletes born between 2016 and 2019. Guided by passionate coaches, this league is more than just soccer—it’s a foundation for lifelong skills, teamwork, and a love for the game.

To make the program accessible to even more young athletes, we’re proud to introduce two new chapters:

  • Baltimore North: Serving families in Baltimore County.

  • Baltimore South: Serving families in Anne Arundel County.

These chapters bring the same dedication to fostering growth both on and off the field, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive in a positive and supportive environment.

 

PROGRAM MISSION

At Sporting Club Baltimore, we believe in nurturing raw talent, building confidence, and fostering a genuine enthusiasm for the sport. This league is an opportunity for kids to experience the joy of soccer while learning essential skills like dribbling, passing, and teamwork in a supportive environment.​

WHY JOIN?

Our program is ideal for budding players, whether they dream of making a crucial save, delivering the perfect assist, or scoring the decisive goal. With experienced coaches leading every session, players will have the opportunity to thrive both individually and as part of a team.

LEAGUE INFO

  • Season: June 16 - July 31
    (No practice or games the week of July 4)

  • Ages: Open to youth born in 2016-2019.

  • Cost: $185 per participant (includes an official Sporting Club Baltimore Jersey).

  • Practice Day: Tuesdays, 5:30 PM or 6:30 PM.

  • Game Day: Thursdays, 5:30 PM or 6:30 PM.

  • Focus Areas: Fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, and match awareness.

PROGRAM FORMAT

This introductory soccer league blends training and game play, offering young athletes the chance to develop in a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Players will experience small-sided games designed to maximize participation and enhance skill development, with every child receiving equal opportunities to grow and shine.
